Adetoro, a born and raised Nigerian who recently moved to Queens, and Rashad, a Queens, NY native come from two different backgrounds. After tension arises between the two after a heated argument, Rashad and Adetoro find themselves in a situation that forces them to look to the other for safety.

Gaze is a collection of poetry, prose and photograhs contributed by Black women writers and curated by omó pastor. Each piece discusses Black boys and men as the writers seek to dissect Black masculinity through the lens of Black women to bring healing to both the Black community both in the Diaspora and on the Continent.
